This location is very convenient to stay. Room is clean and stuff is very nice.

Clean room, air con, hotel room as expected for Tokyo… good location for transport. A bit of wear and tear here and there… staff not as helpful compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in.

I've stayed at this property before and I like it because of the close proximity to Ueno station. This time, for some reason I had difficulties in getting the air conditioning to work. Fortunately it was fine within 2 days into my stay.

This is the second location of this chain at which I have stayed. They are inexpensive, efficient, hold your luggage without charge, and are conveniently located. I’d seek them out again when I am next in Japan.

Loved this hotel! I traveled with my partner and dad and we booked two rooms. Both rooms were awesome. I don't remember ever booking corner rooms, but we had corner rooms here that were quite a bit roomier than the average Tokyo hotel room, and had a great view. Also the bed here was significantly more comfy than others we had throughout Japan. Excellent front desk service and luggage storage and amenities! I would gladly stay here again.
