Although we did t expect the time share sales aspect, we didn’t feel any pressure when we declined the opportunity to hear the sales pitch. We loved staying here, and the hot tubs were amazing.

The entire property was pristine and our apartment was spotless. Check in was smooth and efficient. A concierge greeted us afterwards and provided an overview of amenities (gym, pool locations), a dinner recommendation based on our preferences (dine-in with a good wine list), and where to find the nearby cultural park. We found parking right outside our apartment door. The apartment itself is well appointed -- fully equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board, stacked washer dryer with washing soap. We appreciated the full size dining table. The showers offer shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and bar soap from Crabtree & Evelyn and bathtubs are ample and deep. Bedding and towels are appropriate and luxurious. The small patio was perfect for an evening chat and morning coffee. We did not use the fireplace since it was midsummer but it is a nice touch. We swam in the pool and visited the hot tub. The cool deck is slightly padded which feels nice under foot. Everything is spotless. There is a water fountain available to refill your water bottles and a vending machine. Towels were provided in our room and true beach towel sized. Soaking in a sunset at the cultural park was a highlight -- and only a short walk from our apartment. We will definitely return!

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the room was amazing, with a beautiful view from the balcony, and the pools and hot tub were perfect! We will definitely be back!

Overall great stay. I would stay here again. The pillows in our room were the size of small throw pillows and the shower water pressure was weak. Otherwise very nice room.

This was a 5-star stay! We really appreciated the staff, who were highly attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. Naveah, at the front desk, gave us a wonderful 2-room upgrade that was extremely comfortable for me and my mom. The suite and the property were lovely. The concierge, Arielle, was super helpful in letting us know about the presentations at the sister property which I went to and got a $175 cash card and 7 free nights that i can use at over 3,000 Hilton locations within the next 2 years. That was my first time doing a presentation and it was well worth it; the presenters were also lovely!

Overall stay was fabulous!! Perfect environment for relaxing and enjoying the place!! Clean room, staff were great, balcony was great, pool and hot tub were perfect to end the day!!
