The staff was wonderful. I felt bad she was by herself.And running around all evening. With a smile on her face trying to accommodate all of the guests.
The key machine was down. Therefore we could not get a key to the room
Whenever we needed entry
The young lady working at the front desk had to escort us to our room and open it for us.A tremendous amount of pressure for her and a major inconvenience for us.And other guests. The Bed was fine.The bathroom was full of mold.
Not having a key and having to wait to be let in the room is extremely inconvenient. Our ride to the 4th floor meant, we had to wait until she was done with the guest at the counter. And then all the guests, I entered the elevator at the same time. While she had to stop at every slore and let the people getting off on that floor into their room.I felt horrible for her. I will think twice about staying again.

Noise from highway all night long
No power day we left. Couldn't take shower as bathroom was totally dark.
Several of the emergency lights in the hallway were not operating. Had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs at 70 years old with heart problems.

Bathroom shower door got stuck with me my wife inside shower fortunately i was available and got her out. Lighting over sink very poor for shaving needs

Hienoa The breakfast was very disappointing. The Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich was tasteless. The fruit choices were limited but atleast the coffee was good. I really appreciated the scrambled eggs with sides of bacon

The hotel was under construction, the room was not clean, the elavator did strange this we started using the step.
