Only comment was the bathroom door doesn’t lock - it’s a sliding door and my teenagers did not like that. They like the security and comfort that you can lock the door and relieve yourself without someone opening door.

Front desk check in staff was horrible!!. Not a lot of smiles and seemed very uninterested in helping people check in. Rooms were old and not clean nor did towels look clean - hint of yellow to them!!.

Everything was sticky, carpets were filthy everywhere, our bathroom smells like sewage, second round for a children’s shower flooded, the ceiling tiles fell down with a leak in the cafeteria area, where we were reading, food, and trash all over the floor everywhere, breakfast buffet was a total mess, staff are more interested in cutting us off from getting omelettes after hours then refilling the empty coffee and creamer throwing away trash. Absolutely filthy everywhere and completely old and rundown air-conditioning did not work.

Breakfast was good sadly one of the men cooks was just not in a good mood and kinda was bad at hiding it. The room was clean but needs updates on the plug ins at least in our room stuff kept falling out of the plugs. The night gift shop lady was also kind of almost rude specially when asking for information about drinks available. I suggest you ask for the complimentary gift bags when you check in because they don’t just offer them. The bartender on our fist night was super nice Thank you wich I remembered his name.

Clean comfortable rooms. Not thrilled with the desk staff. We waited quite a while for check-in as they answered as multiple calls. We were surprised by the mandatory $15 dollar fee per day for minimum hotel purchases. We enjoyed the breakfast - five stars for the breakfast manager George T who was very helpful and friendly!

Room was roomy and clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices including cook to order omelets as well as the evening free cocktail hour w snacks. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The bath tub didn't drain well. Shower curtain didn't close until I stuck it to the end of the pole. Was annoying. Room is large but drab interior.
