The room toilet was not clean, it seemed that they don't use cleaning products to desinfect. No good provision of body soap. The pillow bed was smelly, seemeed not changed. The square pillow was even worse. Breakfast is good. I would suggest personnal at the reception can be seeing upon arrival, you only see a head. For a 4 star hotel is way far from the 4 star. 3 star the most.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Very clean. Near Tram service. Parking off site and is at extra cost. Easy access to Old Town, Charles Bridge and the Castle.

Great and comfortable hotel. Great location - walking distance to shops and Charles bridge. Great playground along the water on your walk to bridge too. Fantastic breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay . The hotel was very nice and quiet and well located for transport links. We always walked into town via the river which was a lovely, scenic walk. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and return.
