Breakfast was good. Room was clean

We had booked the Suit with 2 separated rooms in it & was charged for that room but when we arrived we was informed that they had over sold those rooms (even though I had booked that room almost 3 weeks prior to our trip) the nice lady at the front desk had told us that they upgraded us to a Suit room with a King Bed in it & A Full size bed in it which was actually not what we wanted because the travelers we had with us need there own space we was also charged for the original room we booked & not the actual downgraded room. The hotel itself was nice room was clean the staff seemed nice the ones that spoke to you anyway.

Because breakfast hours were an hour later due to a holiday and I had an early appointment, I was not able to eat breakfast. It was Juneteenth

Breakfast is good, far better than just a continental breakfast. Facilities needs a little bit of maintenance and cleaning. Price is good and location is perfect, close to main attractions north and downtown San Antonio. Only complaint, now they charge extra for the parking when it used to be free for customers. We have stayed several times in this location in the past 15 years. Recommended.

Decent stay

Provides bare neccesities. Had to pay extra $11 for parking which wasn’t disclosed. Lastly, everyday i had to go back to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed. Smh.

Good place. Good location.

I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned or maintained. There was hair left in the bathroom, black mold/mildew around the shower and walls, rusty door hinges, chipped paint, damaged areas on the bathroom door, dirty shower fixtures and shelf, and stains around the ceiling sprinkler that appeared to be from water damage. The desk in the room was also broken. While the location may have been convenient, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room did not meet my expectations. I documented everything with photos and would not choose to stay here again unless the property improves its housekeeping and maintenance standards.
