The lift/ elevator seldom worked. Also the AC in the room was very complicated to operate, and would have to be turned on every time we opened the door. With two rooms reserved for four people thirty was simply a newssense. Lights turning on and off had a time delay. No explaination. Breakfast was good but the lady serving was so over worked. She needed at least one if not two helpers to manage the crowd. Over all good, but for the same cost I would expected a much better experience.

Loved the staff- extremely helpful Gym facility was the best I arrived early n room was not ready but they arrange luggage store n gave me access to gym also they’ve shower so if you arrive early you can use it Amazing hotel

The room was perfect for me and my friend on our trip to Porto. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. We accidentally blew the fuse in our room from a hair product and we were quickly given a new room right across from our original room. We really appreciate the staff here and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Porto!
