The staff is very polite, professional, etc.
If you had questions about the area. They are more happy to answer any questions, be helpful, etc. Alex on staff was very helpful making my experience in Geneva a pleasant one.
Place is conveniently located near public transportation, the lake, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Great we just relaxed into the welcome after a long day of travelling. And breakfast, wow we don’t usually stay in such lovely hotels. We got lucky with our choice.

Very clean, comfortable stay. Spacious room, lots of closet space. The kitchenette had everything I needed including kettle, dishes, & dish soap.

Bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was great, and shower pressure was strong. Only downside is the coffee for the provided coffee machine are not refilled daily. Was a little out of the way so I’ve you not up for walking 12-15 mins to the old town but it is a very nice walk alongside the lakeside and stop for a coffee at a local stop. Number 15 tram drop off one street away from the hotel.

Great amenities - plenty of coffee (reg and decaf) and tea in the room. Very nice room. Blackout blinds. Super friendly staff.

This was our second stay at Drake Longchamp. We love the location and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room spotless and lovely water pressure for bathing. Very quiet, can’t hear any noise from corridors of neighbouring rooms.
It’s great having the kitchenette as we don’t have to spend money dining out. It would be even better if we were given some tea and coffee for the room.

Hyvä Exterior of the hotel was being refurbished, therefore, the windows were obscured by the scaffolding. I expected better value for the price.
However, it is conveniently located near the central train station and the metro. Also, many restaurant options within five minute walk.
The room was quite small compared to all of the hotels we stayed at during our month long European vacation.
