Really like this hotel and the convenience to the train station, shops and restaurants. There is a 24 hr family mart close by. We booked a connecting rooms for four persons. The room with two twin beds is a little bit more spacious with bigger bathroom than the room with one full size bed and smaller bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Also let us keep our bags there till it was time to catch our plane.

Solo Travel Review: I'd recommend this hotel if staying in Roppongi, it's very close to the bars/clubs. Only a 15 min walk to Tokyo Tower. As far as the hotel itself; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was very fast and they received my luggage from a other hotel easily. They have laundry services on the second floor as well. Lastly, the room itself was very clean and decent size for a solo traveler.

Very nice amenities - face masks, sunscreen, curling iron, all the nice things you might’ve forgotten accidentally at home. Super helpful staff and nice location very close to subway stop.

It was very clean and the staff were helpful, but the hotel was nothing exceptional but a bit crowded.

The room has enough space for you to move. Clean and with AC and TV. There is a mini fridge too.

The room was very clean, comfortable and efficient. Enjoyed breakfast. The AC worked perfectly. Quiet. Staff extremely helpful. If I ever return to Tokyo I would stay here again. Some may think the room is small compared to American standards, however, I enjoyed it. Right off the subway. Easy access to the city. Thank you!
