This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. Air conditioner stopped working in our kids room, it took hotel one hour to send someone and then they blamed us for it 🙄.
Food was terrible, we had to pay for water to drink, this is All Inclusive hotel.
Pool was packed, water was murky and we could smell chlorine on the third floor where we stayed. They give you only one key to your room if you want second you need to leave a deposit.
Costumer service is horrible. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
