My family were very pleased to find that the hotel accommodation was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. The staff were very polite and ensured that our toddler was also made comfortable in the room throughout the duration of our stay. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in London

Hotel called Merit rather than Oxford. Luckily I read the check instructions otherwise might have been wandering up and down street. Room looked to be recently refurbished, small but functional. It was a shame that the bed was a sofa bed so really creaky when sat on it - luckily it was fine through the night. AC worked a treat. Excellent location for Earls Court Underground.

We arrived in London too early to check in and left our bags. We didn’t return until midnight after our concert when we checked in. Our room was in a property two doors down and in the basement. Despite initial thoughts the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was air conditioning which was quiet and a perfect temperature thank goodness because it was 30 degrees outside. There was a newly refurbished bathroom, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. For the centre of London this hotel is perfect. It’s a 2 minute walk from Earl’s Court tube station, close to lots of bars and good restaurants and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Room very small but modern, clean and comfortable. AC in the room was particularly welcomed in the June heatwave! Helpful staff and very close to Earls Court tube.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had all needed amenities. Comfort for guests was well thought out. Very spacious. Good temp control. Phone access to reception. Breakfast was an option, if chosen. Overall a great experience.

Room was just what we needed for an overnight stay before an appointment. Clean, well located and efficient reception staff.

Excellent value, location near to tube station, very clean and well thought out room layout - small room but spacious enough and had everything you might need. Clean, cheerful and modern interior. Wanted to book extra nights for return stay but sadly had no vacancy.

Hotel is actually a few hotels together. You check in through one house and go to another where your room is. Was told we should have an email telling us where to check in but nothing came through. There is no signage saying Oxford Hotel. Only criteria I wanted was room to be clean and have aircon as we went hottest week of the year. Our room was clean but aircon did not work properly, it just blew slightly cool, room was 27 degrees whole time. Windows can only open slightly as they are locked. I asked for help, which did come as there was a problem with lights as well. Lights got sorted but aircon not. The staff were very apologetic and tried to help, but maintenance guy insisted i put aircon to 29 degrees kept saying it needs to go up for it to go down, which I didnt get but he set it and left. I didnt want to argue so thought we will just deal with a small fan like breeze and with windows half open endue the night. Bit of a sweat box but was ok. Room said 26 degrees in morning so was rather sticky. The TV would glitch saying signal bad, but we dont really use the tv so wasnt a problem but may be for some. Everything else was fine, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean. Check out was ok, would stay again as long as I was guaranteed aircon working.

Good location

Couldn’t actually find the entrance as there’s no signage for Oxford hotel. Had to go in another hotel at the address and apparently they share a reception. Otherwise really good.
