The shower was awful. The caulking was stained with mold, and insects came out of the drain. The air conditioner was working, BUT the compressor was extremely loud. I needed earplugs to block out the noise. We could hear it from the elevator, which was five or six rooms away. Other than that, the lobby is beautiful and clean, and the staff is very kind. I don't know if it was intentional, but there were no cups in the room.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When we arrived there was a huge line and only one employee working. We waited a very long time to check in. When we finally got to our room, the beds were tiny (doubles not queens), the toilet wouldn’t flush and it was about 100 degrees in there. To top that off, it was very dirty with what looked like blood stains on the walls of the bathroom. I’ve stayed in older hotels in Times Square in the past, but this hotel needs some major work. Stay somewhere else.

Very old, obviously refurbished from an apt building. AC broke in the middle of the night, elevator broke in the morning, bed was a pullout with a horrible mattress, shower leaked all over the floor. Staff was friendly and helpful, but I would not recommend staying.

To say this hotel has a 4 star rating, the rooms present as a motel. Great location and the main entrance is inviting until you get to the rooms.

No cups for the ice machine. The ice and water machine didn’t even work and you had to purchase your own container to put water in. We didn’t even know the hotel had vending machines until the second night of our stay. The staff was rude and not very friendly. The rooms are like closets and I didn’t receive the double bed I booked. The bed was almost the size of a twin bed. The shower head was broken and the water took a long time to get warm and never got hot. I couldn’t even open my suitcase unless I placed it on top of the bed. That’s how small the rooms are. The elevator only fits 2-3 people at a time and it’s super slow. The hotel needs updating.
