We stayed in the Balcony Room No 519-view of the harbor was great-sadly the flat roof below us(Think the restaurant) was covered in seagull poop which was disgusting! Also the step out from the room to the balcony is very dangerous...its quite high from the floor-twice I caught my ankle on the screen door base and I had bruises on my ankle...

EVERYTHIGN ABOUT THIS PLACE IS GREAT, POOL AREA IS CLEAN, BARS ARE CLEAN, GOOD VARIETY OF FOOD OPTIONS AND THEY HAVE THINGS TO KEEPS THE KIDS BUSY. ALSO LIKE THE SHUTTLE VIA BUS AND BOAT TO INTO TOWN WHICH SUPER CONVENIENT.

It was nice but over crowded. Children were very wild and disturbing and staff did nothing to stop this. The place was loud Holiday weekend but not relaxing Hard to review because the crowds were huge . Might be better not in a holiday weekend Also SUPER EXPENSIVE. For the value

Place was so much more spectacular than we ever expected. So many activities to explore and food was great. No complaints at all. Definitely a 10!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the staff were amazing. The Rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable restaurants are great too. I have 2 negative comments, one is the air conditioning units are too loud and second you can hear everything from the hallways, you can even hear the alarm going off in the room next door. Other than these 2 things the hotel is definitely worth another trip to Newport!!
