Cleanness was not so good. A piece of bread was found on the floor. Other than that, it was ok for staying. Perhaps not a 4 star hotel quality...

Hotel staff was nice and courteous, room was cozy and pretty good size. The linens were old and faded. It just looks dirty and worn out. The replacement ones were just as bad. Parking can be quite a challenge but we managed to find parking.

The room great, however stain on the blanket and the pillows. Dissapointed service. Need to call many times to ask something. Hard to communicate even using bahasa.

Nice hotel in the quieter part of the city. It has nearly everything, good breakfast buffet spread, swimming pool and gym. Easy to get around to other part of the city via Grab or GoJek. However if you want to be right next to or connected to a mall, there are other properties to choose from. All-in-all, happy to have stayed in this property.

Nice comfortable hotel with good pool and friendly staff. The area felt a little run down at night when it got dark.
