Arrival was nice and smooth room was made up but the floors were dirty. Everything else looked good. We stayed for a total of six days five nights & housekeeping comes every other day. The problem we had was housekeeping, came and only made up our bed one day and took our towels and only left us two towels for five people no washcloths or hand towels no toilet paper or anything else. After a long day at the park, we called down to get stuff and my son had to go get it cause they’re understaffed but not a problem. after another two days the housekeeper came. This time only replacing the towels, not making the bed or cleaning up the room or anything. The floors were disgusting by this time because they were not clean before we were there or while we were there. Another problem we faced was after two days. Your key no longer works for your room and you have to go to the front desk. If you plan on going to the parks, you don’t get back to your room till later in the evening at this time, the lines are long because every person needs their keys redone and they only have one person working. We actually found this out the hard way cause no one told us when we checked in so at 11 o’clock at night, my husband is going to the front desk that has a line while we wait to get in the room. I do think this is something they should let known ahead of time. Breakfast was the basic continental breakfast plenty of parking in a well located area if they fix these problems, it would be perfect

I was really disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The chairs were old and extremely dirty, and the clothing rack/shelf had visible mold. The shower curtain was also dirty and had mold on it, which made the bathroom feel unsanitary. The TV never worked during our stay, and overall the room felt cheap and poorly maintained. While the pool was okay, there wasn’t much else for kids to enjoy. This hotel has potential because of its location, but management really needs to invest in renovating and properly maintaining the rooms. Compared to the other hotels nearby, this one falls far below expectations. I wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

We started off our stay by not getting the room that we booked. Then received a room with somebody still occupying it. Got moved to the next room where a toilet barely flushed. No help. Couple days into our stay. Our smoke detector is going off nonstop. We tried to call the front office, and our hotel phone doesn’t work. We have to call from our cell phones. They come and change the battery and that didn’t help. We have to call them at midnight because the smoke detector is still beeping and going off. They tell us to take the battery out. We tried to call down to the front, no answer. Needless to say, not a pleasant experience.

La habitación estaba limpia, es cómoda para 4 o 5 personas, el baño es pequeño. Las personas que atienden son muy buenas y amables. El desayuno: regular. El estacionamiento se llena bastante, dependiendo de la hora y fecha. Le hace falta un área de laundry

Excellent service

It was a nice place to stay. Our a/c was leaking and they came immediately to fix it. My grandson’s says the breakfast bar was good. Pool was nice Employees very friendly.

Clean room.

Good hotel. Nice rooms. Nice pool. Breakfast was no so good but would definitely stay again
