The staff was friendly and welcoming.The rooms clean and well maintained.Besides that the place is pretty run down and could use some real upgrading.

I’m amazed the Hotel.com had this as one of their listings. I can say that it’s truly to worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The photos are misleading, as they show a very much younger, well kept resort. The hotel is run down, dirty and very hazardous. It is not safe place, clean or hygiene and clearly there are absolutely no safety measures in place. The photo says it all.

old hotel managed pretty well with all the facilities functioning, wifi only works at the lobby reception. located in quite part of town in from of the green park.

This is the old school hotel. But the hotel located at the Mersing town. So easy to get anything during the trip. Breakfast pack not so bad. Understand during Covid-19 pandemic, the hotel take precaution so that it is under control.

Value for money Budget Hotel stay. Was surprised by the cleanliness and good air conditioning of the room. Breakfast, though with not much variety was with deliciously good.

Property is 1km away from town. That is their only saving grace. Property is seriously outdated, dilapidated and falling apart. Rooms were not cleaned properly and everything in the room was dirty and moldy
