We only booked for one day, but would love to come back for more time, this hotel is really unique, with it's full zoo and special opportunities like feeding animals, along with standard hotel amenities like a lovely pool

Helpful, friendly staff. There were lots of animal interactions available for reasonable prices. The rooms were older but clean. It was nice to see the animals after sundown when most zoo guests had left for the day. A very fun experience.

The staff was very nice, and the resort was nice, but the amount of vaping going on in the rooms led to a serious allergy attach and a very unpleasant sleep.

Did not have any towels in the room for showering. Staff was out by the pool at 11:30pm running a loud vacuum. Some staff with little kids running around pool area being very loud at 11:30pm. Poor signage for direction through the Zoo area to find the restaurant.
