The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and the resort was tidy. The biggest complaint was the water pressure that barely allowed for a shower.

Great location with many bars and restaurants nearby. The ferry pier and the beach were easily walkable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and there were at least 20 sun loungers to use. Breakfast was ok. The bed was very firm, it would not be to everyone's liking.

Hienoa Place was in a great location, the staff was super friendly, but it was the most uncomfortable bed i've ever been in, it felt like I was sleeping on a piece of wood. But besides the bed great place!

We booked a bungalow. There was barely any lights in the room or bathroom, we had to use our phone flash lights to be able to see. The air conditioner intermittently blew hot air and you couldn’t change the settings. Most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Strong mold smell in the bathroom. Insanely outdated room and uncaring staff. We checked out early because it was so terrible. Save yourself and your vacation and stay in Railay beach.
