I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. The pool kept the kids busy. Once I felt better I appreciated the location. It’s right near the lake and an easy walk to the center.

Very close to the Lugano waterfront. 15 minutes walk to the centre of town. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet excellent. Hotel clean and well maintained.

Perfect for our 1- night stay. Market nearby to buy essentials and really quiet. The staff was amazing as well!

Nice hotel close to the Paradiso station from where we took trains to Italy for the day Neat clean rooms , Breakfast spread was good all 4 days, but no variations to the menu Helpful staff & receptionist
