I can't see how anyone can say anything negatively or indifferent about this hotel. I am a very picky traveler and appreciate great service and from the moment I checked in to the hotel, everything and everyone was spot on. The hotel is immaculate. The service was better than at any hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. Look forward to staying again and thanks again to Ben who made my stay feel like I never left home. I appreciate you all!

We enjoyed the library very much. It was a relaxing place to sit, read, catch up on email, and so on, with refreshment from the well stocked honor bar.

Always lovely. The location is superb, within walking distance of museums as well as the theatre. The rooms are individually creative and comfortable. It feels like you’re staying with a kindly well-off friend, not a sterile hotel.
