This was our first time in the area. The hotel was positioned in a great location. When we arrived the room they put us in smelled as if someone had just been smoking and left a lit cigarette. After I sanitized and unpacked, the smell seemed to have gotten stronger. I called to the front desk and they moved us immediately to a different room. The rooms were clean and nice for our stay with our grands. We didn’t make it out to the pool but the area seemed clean. Breakfast in the morning was good. There is also a Waffle House across the street. We ordered take out from a bar and grill in walking distance

Our first night was rough. Our air conditioner did not work even when they gave a batteries for the thermostat. After no sleep, they gave us a different room the next night.
