The male employee who helps with check in was fraternizing with young women staying there. Was not comfortable with that so I reached out to the property and they said they followed up and it won’t continue to happen. However, as a solo female traveller, I found this situation overall very inappropriate. The coffee shop was nice, location was excellent, welcome drink was included, and room was fine. Other downsides: showers flood and bathrooms were gross, the staff threw out my products in the bathroom, ac wasn’t very cold, property could have been cleaner, no elevator.

Supe helpful staff.Amazing location, very big nice room, amazing comunal areas woth kitchen, washing and dryer machines...Its all very,well done, super smart system to get in and out,store yoyr bags...Really incredible unexpected experience. Thank you!

The staff in the cafe was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. The luggage storage was very small and I wasn’t able to use it. The amenities were clean and well kept. Better curtains for the beds for more privacy would be very appreciated.

No soy de quedarme en Hostales, pero este esta muy bien ubicado y muy comodo limpio ybmuy bonito, tiene cafeterias de especialidad muy cerca y facil el proceso de check y tienen para guardar las maletas. Muy recomendado.

I was not able to get a code into the hostel with any of the confirmation numbers I had. I tried multiple times with different browsers both on and off WiFi. I tried to email and call several times with no response. Reached out to Expedia who also has no luck getting ahold of them (I will be refunded, thankfully). Had to book another hotel due to lack of customer service help. Would not recommend staying here.
