Great stay.

We went to check into our room at 7pm and it had not been cleaned. I booked a king bed but since it wasn’t clean none were available. We were given a different room with two queen beds which was fine but not what I had booked.

Understaffed: No one at the front desk in the evening. Waited and eventually had to find the executive office and knock a few times to get checked in. But staff was nice. Always like the ALoft room set up. Wish they included breakfast. Decent location.

Good service

The hotel is well kept and situated near restaurants, groceries, drug store and small shops as added conveniences. The staff is pleasant. We were disappointed and inconvenienced at check-in. We had a confirmed king bedroom which we paid for in advance. When we got to our room, we had been given a room with 2 Queen beds instead. Thinking it was just a mistake, we headed back down with our luggage to switch the proper room. The reception told us it wasn't a mistake ... they were oversold on King rooms. She could have told us that when we were originally given our keys so we did not have to head back down with our luggage. It would have been appropriate for her to tell us our prepaid reservation was not fully honored

Parking is a challenge. Staff not particularly friendly or welcoming.

Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.
