The free breakfast was terrible, ran out of food after 10mins and no plates cups or cutlery either, waited 15mins for a clean coffee cup just so I could make a hot drink. Service was terrible from the manager. Room was clean however the window in the room had no rubber seal around it so was dangerous if you had young children staying with you. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't even sit on the toilet without hitting your knees on the vanity.i would say it is definitely not 4 stars more like 2 and a half stars. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but everything we needed. Location was handy (we were visiting The Canberra Hospital) and parking was convenient and away from traffic Easy to find location Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful Price was very reasonable

Pleasant Reception staff, good location. Carpet in room stained. Terrible TV functionality. Horrible shower head and bathroom badly in need of an update. Pillows uncomfortable. Insufficient parking, all outdoors.
