Hotel was richly appointed and beautifully decorated. Room was average-sized, but beautifully kept and very clean. Parking was a little on the tight side.

Great location downtown and nice pub in basement area. Nice easy walk to Christmas markets. Train station close as well.

The hotel is in a great location to explore Eisenach and there is a lot to see. The service is great and the restaurant is one of the best that I have ever had the pleasure to eat in. The only critic I would have is that the room we stayed (115) in was a bit old. The minibar cupboard was screwed shut and the shower was very small. However everything was clean and functional and there was plug sockets next to the bed and wifi was free and fast enough for video calls. Breakfast was typical for a German hotel of this class. It included a selection of cheeses, meats , rolls , cereals etc. Bacon and scrambled eggs also available.
