The staff at Reception spoke good English and were efficient. There are lifts to all floors. Dining Room is large with an outside area for when the weather is nice. BUT the best thing is that it is 3 mins walk to the tram stop into the City. Downsides: very few decent bars / restaurants in the area

The breakfast was excellent, the shower very poor and the room was ok but odd in that it had an unnecessary extra bed and a table which could not be moved
