I requested to borrow an extra pair of slippers to use outside the room while doing laundry, but the lady on duty on the evening of January 24, 2026, said no. Very stingy for something really small.

Hyvä They charged me $220 more when I arrived .They refunded 6days after contacting Expedia. Staff was helpless for listening what I asked for. Just saying t's our branch policy. No sincere apologies

The mattress and the pillows are extremely firm and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on them (normally we prefer firm mattresses, but it was just impossible this time). No staff spoke any English or other languages - Japanese only. We had a major issue with a neighbor who kept knocking on our wall very loudly very late in the evening. When we called the reception, someone came to our room in order to use a translating program on their phone and entered the room when I was in bed. The translation program helped and they talked to the neighbor who stopped knocking, but we had a rather poor experience overall. Rooms are tiny but clean, breakfast is very basic. Avoid this hotel (it wasn’t cheap for this type of service either)

Fantastinen Proximity to Himeji station was awesome! Free breakfast was a nice surprise because I had forgotten it came with the room!

The location of this hotel was amazing, right next to the train station. However, for a family of 4 the beds were uncomfortable, and the room was too small.
