Very disappointing stay. The bed mattress was in very poor condition and extremely uncomfortable. The room did not provide basic amenities that I would expect from a hotel. There was no conditioner, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, no complimentary water, and no tea kettle. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend staying here. I expected much better service and facilities for the price.

Room was clean, and cleaned daily. The staff during the day were very nice, the evening staff less so, We picked the Hotel because of location to San Siro Stadium for the Olympic Opening Ceramony, and it worked out well. I honestly would have preferred to be more to the center of the city and closer to the main attractions, as the only Uber available are Uber Black do to a 2015 lawsuit by the taxi drivers that limits Uber to Limo services and it cost $$$ to use.
