Property was decent but bring bug spray windows stay open so there are mosquitoes and a couple roaches evey once in awhile but very good location next to evo mall plenty dining options only 20 minutes from kuala lumpur and several malls close by ioi mall was favorite isebelle restaurant great food amazing lasagna 24 hour security good place to stay for extended visits.

Accommodations (although there were no trash cans) were not a problem. It was not easy to get to the room. The procedure was confusing and I couldn't do anything without being told by whatsapp what to do next. It was very frustrating. I didn't think it was worth the cost of labor.

The advert was exceptionally deceiving.
The toilet it was dirty and someone had come in while we were out and wet the bathroom.
They advertised a private plunge pool for each room, they was not only no. Plunge pool but not even a bath.
They advertised a kitchen, yet they stove was not working, which meant we couldn't cook all the food we'd brought with us.
We were very upset and highly disappointed.
Expedia thankfully helped us go somewhere else which was so great of them. Thank you Expedia.

I'm not sure it is the same room i was selected during did the booking because the decoration is different.Anyhow all is OK only aircond is not cool even setting 16'c...

Good, and fast response for inquiry.
But the facility such an aircond are not well condition (leaking), shabby bed sheet and towel.
At least can provide bottle of mineral water in house.
