Hotel itself was mostly clean and comfortable. Room was a decent size, clean and bed comfortable. Front reception staff very unfriendly, especially the young guy that checked us in. The room cleaner was lovely. Outside of the hotel was revolting. Graffiti as far as the eye can see, homeless people everywhere. Feces and urine all over the pavement (made us feel sick when we left the hotel). The location was good for train station but not great for exploring the main part of the city. The hotel could do more to make the immediate area outside the hotel cleaner and safer.

Really great location across from the main station, 30 min walk to Place Grand. Spacious rooms and a Starbucks machine in the reception area.

Excellent location right next to the train station - it’s across the road as you walk out! Also right by the metro for navigating into the attractions. The room was extremely spacious, clean, comfy bed & pillows, wonderful shower pressure and proper hairdryer which was appreciated! Would definitely stay again if we were back.

Nice enough hotel and very handy to the Eurostar, but the downside is the large number of dodgy characters hanging around the hotel entrance and side streets. Not to be risked after dark. The hotel staff were a mixed bag - excellent check-in experience, but it was like asking a massive favor to get a couple of extra little creamer pots to go with the coffee.

Spacious room , big comfy bed , air conditioning that worked. Extremely friendly staff . Good options at breakfast for vegetarians also. Bakery items excellent. Took advantage of gym too !

Check in staff were very helpful, storing our bags for us as we arrived early and making the check in experience smooth. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed, breakfast was good too.
