住的不错 前台的Iris 和 Ethan 很热情招待。知道我第二天的商务活动比较晚，特别同意我可以在12点后才退房，第一同意之后，当我很难为情的提出希望更晚点时，Iris也帮我申请做到了。非常感谢，一次不错的体验。

Hyvä 設備、従業員の態度ともに良い。しかし駅からとても離れている上、どのタクシーもこのホテルを知らないので、外からこのホテルへ到着するのに骨が折れる｡
前払いで予約したにも関わらず部屋代を請求されたので驚いた｡

Keskimääräistä heikompi The room was nice. Wifi worked at times in the room but overall, it was okay. The hotel was nice but it needs to be remodeled. The location is very remote and can be hard to find. The closest subway station is 22 minutes away by foot. It was inconvenient to request a taxi to take me to the subway because, according to one of the duty managers, it wasn't enough money for them. "I should give them a tip." I refused of course because it wasn't my fault they decided to put their hotel in a secluded area. The problem I had with the hotel was with a duty manager's lack of customer service. One of the managers insisted on arguing with me about my needs and money. He was very rude and dismissive. I preferred public transportation (metro or bus instead of a taxi to save money) but he insisted I should take a taxi. It made my stay very uncomfortable after that. I'm sure I won't be staying here again.
