The property is small boutique hotel well situated in Centro Modena. We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. Very comfortable, clean and enough space for 3. 2 units of Air conditioning in our rooms, both worked perfectly. No elevators, good to lf you have heavy luggages. Help could be provided on demand ( I was told) Martha and Delphine were helpful in getting us checked in easily. Nice play to stay to discover the city.

10/10! We loved it here. Super clean room, nice sitting area, big windows. Very quiet street yet within walking distance to everything. Our AC stopped working in the night … we didn’t notice until morning. They had it fixed within an hour. Staff was onsite in the morning and everyone was so nice and welcoming.

Really lovely peaceful place modern and clean, well cared for and great sustainable ethic. 10 mins walk to centre and easy to find. Perfect in every way. D were finitely the only place I will stay in Modena
