Polite staff, clean rooms, good location for shopping and restaurants.
Breakfast time could be greatly improved, only 1 egg burned so takes ages to get eggs, coffee machine takes forever and 50% of the time only get 1/2 warm cup. And not everything is ready at 0700

Our room is spacious with a high ceiling and bedding is good. Best of all is the friendliness of the staff from front desk to bell boy. Easy walk to Mutiara Damansara metro station and this hotel is walking distance to two shopping centres

Need some upgrading for the rooms and facilities. The air conditioner was really noisy, I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Noise from the neighboring mall was coming through the closed windows.
