Wi-Fi non existent. It kept dropping, they were able to change room but it didn’t improve.
Breakfast was okay, it would be nice if they had more than just frozen food. Not a single fruit.

Stayed for 10 days and the room is nice and clean for solo. The hotel is within walking distance to both subway and Hanshin line.

The Hotel is near a train station, and not too far to walk to Shin-Osaka station. The room is small.
The major complain I had for this hotel is that we booked our hotel for 10 nights with breakfast at Hotels.com, but when we are going to check-in they only gave us 1 day free breakfast since they're policy is 1 day free on each stay (regardless how long it will be). So for the whole 10 days of stay we were able to get 1 free breakfast.If you want to take there breakfast you have to pay.

Overall great hotel for our one night stay, just across the street to the train station. Clean and spacious room for a party of 3 people with nice amenities. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient. The front desk was courteous and allowed us to store our luggage after check out for a couple hours.

The hotel is located across the subway station and accessible to everything like restaurants. We are a family of 5 and we all like the fact that we were able to stay in a room all together as a family :)

Staffs are friend and helpful. Room was kept clean daily and supplied with cleans towels. Although room is small which can only open 2 mid size luggages. The convenience of 2 train station (Hankyu & Osaka Metro) but train and train crossing warning can be heard in early morning which can disturb sleep.
