Our room was at the back of the resort so the ocean views where limited but for us that was OK because it was nice and quiet. The room was clean and serviced every day. The staff were friendly and smiled a lot.

If you want a 5 star resort, this is not the place for you. However, we loved this hotel. It was super clean, convenient and had everything we needed. The location is a selling point. It had one of the best locations in Karin Beach across from the beach and next door to delicious local food sellers. The 7/11, massages and other shops a a short walk also. Breakfast was a bit ordinary but sufficient. We loved this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were nice and helped me arrange a private van to the airport for 1000 baht. The area is great, right across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants, shops, and salons too. But the room itself seemed very out dated with old furniture and not very clean. The towels were also a bit old and falling apart. The toiletries were also not very nice, bring your own. I think the rooms could be improved a lot, but it's mainly good for the location.

Great hotel. Staff were very helpful and the service was fantastic. Really good breakfast and view. Spacious room and bathroom with the latter having a gravity defying shower curtain pole! Fixtures and fittings are a bit dated but, overall, excellent. Will use again.

Value for money - Good. Pool - Good. Spa - Being rebuilt, should be back in action now. Room - OK. Well serviced. People - Marvelous. Food - Quite good.

Good location, good pool, good staff, our shower wasn’t working properly but we could use it and we were only staying for a couple of days so didn’t mind, some ants in our room on ground floor but all linens were clean

Big rooms but tired decor. Good AC, nice staff, good pool situation, decent bteakfast. Quiet location but near lots of nightlife, just across the street from the beach. BUT terrible Internet service.
