One of my worst experiences in a hotel. First of all. One of the glass windows by the stairway is easy to mistake for an opening, and I walked into it and cut myself and have a knot on my head.. I know it sounds silly, but it’s easy to make this mistake. The glass needs to be marked. That wasn’t bad enough. The air-conditioning did not work in the hotel when I asked the front desk. They said sorry it’s just hot outside. This is unacceptable for a hotel and quite simply we did not sleep all night.. It was a horrible experience, thank goodness it was only one night. I plan to complain to the front desk, but somebody beat me to it and by the time he got done lecturing them I just decided to leave. I don’t even know what to say.

I believe the photos are misleading. Located in an industrial area. Could not use provided parking as the lift was out stayed because my father was born in Rohrbach no other reason. It was new and clean just not what was expected

Property is very clean and good communication with management. Only draw back was the distance to walk to transportation and services. There is very limited food near the property.

Great stay with our young children. Very clean and comfortable. Free parking. Easy check-in and checkout. Overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again.
