The room climate was very cold, it would have been nice to have instructions to adjust the thermostat. The room was lovely and well equipped with anything I might need. Although, it would have been nice to have coffee equipped in the room and a luggage stand. The staff was very kind and attentive.

Friendly staff. Not much to eat in direct vicinity but short walk to subway and in just a few stops in busy area with lots of options

Nice room and lobby. But the safe and minibar didn't work and weren't repaired or replaced, and there was no wake-up call as promised....
