The entire hotel is dirty and smells like smoke because they allow people to smoke in a poorly ventilated courtyard located in the middle of the hotel. The smoke travels throughout the hallways and under your door into your room. The rooms are also poorly ventilated, so everything smells like smoke. The street in front of the hotel also floods when it rains. The front desk staff are dishonest and will charge you double the tourism tax and then tell you to claim the extra charge directly from the government. Stay away.

Room was clean and comfortable to stay for overnight. Nothing big issue staying in this hotel as it is well maintained! Definitely will pay another visit

I would give 10/10 if it was not because the parking. The way they advertised parking was like they have a big freaking parking area. Unfortunately, there were only 3 parking in front of hotel and the rest are public parking. With lots of shop and its near main road, it's quiet difficult to get parking. I waited 2 hours just to get parking. Otherwise, the room is very good, bed very comfortable, aircond function really well. The room was worth the money.

Hienoa As it was Budget hotel, I am so worried about room and facilities. But we are very satisfied for good facilities and cleanliness and maintenance and the staff was very friendly. I was really happy for booking hotel room in mezzo for my family. Would highly recommend this hotel for family people with budget constraints.
