Great place for the price . Walking distance to lots of restaurant . Fitness center and pool are clean , breakfast were excellent .

Crystal Hotel was a welcome surprise- we have been coming to Buriram for more than 10 years and this was the most comfortable stay we have had. The room was excellent, and the amenities including the bar and restaurant, pool and games room made spending down time at the hotel a pleasure.

The property was perfect for my needs would defiantly stay again.

ALL WAS GREAT AND A 10 THE ONLY ISDUE I ENCOUNTERED WAS A SLOW ROOM CLEANING. I HAD YO ASK FOR SERVICE ON TWO OCCASIONS PASS 1:00 PM. OTHERWISE, EVERYTHING WENT WELL.

The property was clean and breakfast was good. What I didn’t like was the TV randomly turning on all hours of the day and night for my 8 days that I stayed. Apparently this was a known issue with the system and they were not able to correct it yet… ????? In the middle of the night the TV would often turn on, lighting up the room and if the volume was turned up, would play music. Sometimes this would happen 3 times in the course of the night. Unacceptable! I never use the TV during the 8 days but became very experienced at turning it off. I asked that the power be disconnected from the TV, but that never happened. How can you have a system that turns on randomly and not get the vendor that provided it to correct the problem? Management needs to do their job and get the engineering staff to fix the problem. If not for this annoying issue, I would have given the hotel top grades. They really need to get this corrected. Guests should not be awaken in the middle of the night by a tv turning on by itself due to bad software or faulty hardware. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Very nice local boutique hotel. Best rate and service. Good verities of breakfast selections each morning. Room and bed were comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Quiet but convenient location. Highly recommended.

The hotel is great, just don’t book for the same night you are already staying like I did 😂😂 Honestly it’s an awesome hotel, staff and management are awesome, the games room with table tennis and pool 🎱 is great for kids or adults like myself. Room was clean 5 stars for the cleaning staff.😃 The bar and restaurant are at a good price, and don’t forget the 4 massive T.Vs that show live sports. The only thing missing is a bigger selection of food for breakfast needed to be more hot food. That’s the only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars.

The room was excellent in every possible way. I like the Crystal better than the Amari where I stayed before in Buriram. I will definitely book a stay during my next visit in April. The hotel was recommended by the Human Relations manager of Robinson’s
