The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, but be aware that they are not there 24/7, but are reachable by email. The hosts were also very accommodating to my needs as an older woman, and offered me a room that didn’t require climbing any stairs as soon as one became available. They offered it without my even asking, and I really appreciated that. I didn’t eat breakfasts there, so I can’t speak to that. The location was excellent, and it was quite quick and easy to get to Venice by bus or tram.

Well positioned in Mestre in a trendy area and two minutes from Piazza Ferretto. Room and bathroom were modern, minimalist and very clean. The room was small but all that I needed as I was only going back there to sleep. The squeaky shower door was the only issue!

The room was very clean and quiet, the staff was helpful, the area had relaxing restaurants and a variety of stores, and it was an easy bus ride to Venice. i would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very unique and situated in a lovely position. Breakfast was plentiful and the gentleman that showed us to our rooms was extremely helpful and accommodating. I wish we had stayed longer.
