Overall good, exterior may look rundown but they have upgraded their interior furnishings. Food was ok too.

Was disappointed that the rooms were pretty run down. Our room has torn carpet and smell of damp carpet. The floor near door which i believed to be above the AC outlet for the room below was causing condensation. Thus, pretty slippery. Minimjm amenities. However, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite. The front desk service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good.
