When booking, we were not made aware of any of the extra fees associated with using either the indoor or outdoor pool. The outdoor pool especially was extremely expensive and although it included a "snack" and a drink, the food was very poor quality for the price. Breakfast food was decent and had a good range. Kids area was very small and lacking considering many families stay here for the Disney parks - it would have been good to have a proper play area with some equipment either inside or outside. Rooms were clean. Depending on which staff you asked there were varying levels of helpfulness.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options and everything was fresh and tasty. The bar had a relaxing atmosphere and was a nice place to unwind in the evening. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

Easy to get to, easy access to the Disney parks. Rooms were clean and large. Bathroom was fully stocked with the usual items you get in Japan. Disney Store and 24 hour convenience store in lobby. Beds were comfortable!

Location is great and having 24 hours Lawson downstairs is extremely convenient. The family room is spacious and can sleep 4 easily, however not having the shower and the toilet separately could cause a bit of traffic jam or require to go down to the lobby.
