Was not impressed with anything at the Excalibur. I picked the “renovated” resort tower… I wonder what they renovated because my tv reception was poor, the room and bathroom was still outdated. Had an awful smell outside in the pool area.

The only inconvenience during our stay was the check-in process. After waiting in the first line to complete the self check-in, I asked a staff member whether I needed to check out in person or if the mobile process would be sufficient. He advised that everything was automatic. However, about three minutes later, I received a text stating that my check-in was not valid and that I needed to visit the front desk for assistance. I then waited in a second line at the front desk, but when it was my turn, I was told by the associate that I would need to return to the self check-in kiosk, as they were unable to assist me directly. After going back, I encountered the same staff member I had spoken with earlier, explained the situation again, and asked if I needed to wait in line once more. He confirmed that I would need to rejoin the line. As a result, I had to wait in line three separate times just to complete the check-in process. While the staff was not courteous, the overall experience was inefficient and could benefit from clearer communication and better coordination.

I stayed in the Excalibur many times as a tourguide for Europeans .Thats why I wanted to stay there on a private occasion .I booked the resort tower because it was supposedly better than the Royal tower .When I got to my room it looked like a dungeon dark ( third floor) and it smelled bad .When I went back to the front desk the lady gave me a nice room on the 24 floor in the Royal tower that was great ,after I told her I was a tourguide.There are no more bell men so that’s terrible when you have a lot of luggage .Check in was terrible machines didn’t work .This hotel was nice but it’s turning into a cheap dump I will never stay there again if I don’t have to !

We wanted to extend our stay but the staff at the lobby made us line up for nothing because it wasn’t for that, the ladies there are very rude, and on top of that they charge for parking, they said all hotels are charging which is not true anyway, it's not what they say, it's how they tell to the guests, we are very disappointed :(

We were hardly in the room. Room was clean. I wanted to upgrade to a better room. Went to the lobby, the staff lady answering questions and directing guest was so rude. She said all room are the same don't even bother wasting your money. I just walk away.
