We came back for a second stay in large part because of the great service we received from Rovina - she is a superstar and deserves to be highly compensated. She remembered us from our last stay and is unlike any hotel desk person we have encountered. Please give her our highest praise and thanks.

Clean room. Breakfast was a nice feature. HUGE issue with the elevators. The desk told us we could call them when checking out and they would assist us with the elevators as we had large bags. We called 15 minutes ahead and they told us to call back when ready. So we called 15 minutes later and after a 20 minute wait called back. They then informed us that they couldn’t assist us. So we had to carry our large heavy bags down the stairs. Luckily we were on the 5th floor. So if you are traveling with large bags, avoid this hotel.

One person working at the desk and clueless. Took 55 min to check in. Got charged $33 for something on my CC no clue what. No folio, no receipt, even though I asked for it. Really bad and totally rude staff.

The staff was so friendly, the room was great and so was the view from the City View Room. The beds weren’t the best, far too firm for my taste, and no fridge in the room was a big downer.
