Hyatt Place Zurich Airport The Circle

Hey - it's a Hyatt. Superb rooms. Great amenities in the room. VERY close to the Airport entrance. Did have a leaky shower but not a big problem. What bothered us a bit was we arrived dog tired and hot at later than 14:00 and were told our room was not ready and they would email us when it was (official check in was 15:00 - but every other hotel we stayed in in Europe was very gracious about getting us into a room earlier than official check-in) . They were pleasant but not apologetic or offering to perhaps find another room for us or offer any suggestions on how and where to freshen up, get a cool drink, etc. At their pricing, a little helpful obsequious fawning would have been nice. Ultimately, we were not notified of a room until near 16:00. I'd expect this level of service (or lack thereof) from Hilton, but not Hyatt. Sorry to be a whining curmudgeon - but we were hot, dehydrated, tired, and were toting around heavy backpacks.Oh, and dining options were too limited. But again, the room was superb.

Was a quick stay but the room was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great stay

This is our go to when flying in or out of Zürich. Always clean and comfortable. The last time we had access to a club floor, but i"amenities had closed early. This time we weren't given that offer. The restaurant attached offers an excellent breakfast. Dinner is overpriced and while it is advertised as a Lebanese restaurant, I would classify it more as a "Middle Eastern fusion".

I wasn’t expecting much from an airport hotel, but everything was AMAZING. Our room was so spacious, and clean, and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The room had every amenity you could need. Ive previously stayed at one of the other hotels in Zurich airport, but from now on I’ll only be staying at the Hyatt Regency when I’m in town.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome and truly special. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make it a memory we’ll cherish forever. They surprised us with a beautiful bottle, upgraded us to a gorgeous room and the most touching gift of all was a handwritten letter signed by the entire team. That letter is something we will treasure forever it was the most beautiful keepsake from our honeymoon… just so thoughtful 💙 The kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by everyone exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for making such an important milestone in our lives even more magical. We can’t wait to come back! Comfortable beds and easy walk to the airport.

Great place and location. Hotel was clean and staff was great. Would stay there again.
