Hotel was as advertised. Clean, modern, and friendly staff. Helpful staff...spoke english...7/11 in the hotel a major PLUS even though there is a 7/11 on every block ;) Laundry rooms on floors 5 and 10, take 100 Yen coins...6 Yen gets your clothes washed and dried, but you will probably need another 100 Yen coin to dry your clothes to be fully dry. Greatest thing about the Laundry units is you don't need detergent, because your 600 Yen covers it and the units add it. Nice Japanese restaurant on 2 floor of hotel, bring your room key, hotel guests get 20% off. Uber picks up and drops off right in front. Most sights in Tokyo are about a 20-25 minute Uber ride from this hotel. There are three magnets on the inside of your room door. You put one of them on the front door before 10am everyday. 1. Clean roo. 2. Don't clean room 3. Towels only. If you choose towels only, they will NOT enter your room and will.leave your towels in a white bag in front of your door. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great hotel in a nice area. Great dining options in the area and lots of things to do. About 5 minutes from the nearest station so good travel connections. Breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were really friendly. Staff at the front desk were mostly friendly except one member of staff who was very short and not very friendly. Other than this a great hotel!
