Great room and staff. The rooms were well appointed, and the air conditioning worked well. We really appreciated the helpful staff and the free water each day. The hotel is also in a very central location for sight seeing in Tokyo. We were there in summer and used the umbrellas frequently. The only two issues we had were that the laundry machine dryer basically didn’t work (which they warned you about), and the shower lights turned on kind of lit up the main room due to the tempered glass.

The staff provided excellent service. They were so professional. Our hotel room was a family suite. I was able to do laundry. The kitchenette and seating area was great for eating Family Mart Combini breakfasts and snacks. The hotel location was awesome. Akasuka station was only a few blocks away. There was another station but the impressive “Biz” area. There are numerous restaurants around the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in the middle of busy town. Perfect for those who enjoys busy night live. The room setting was perfect although the elevator and hallways leading to the room was a bit small.

Great traditional Japanese location, strategic to metro stations, unlimited restaurants with variety , quiet comfortable hotel, exceptional friendly attentive and helpful staff, comfortable soft bed, self contained and everything worked well. Stayed on level 5 and was so quiet, one of the attributes I look for.

Wonderful stay! Rooms are large & very nice & clean. Staff if extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel is located near many restaurants & subway station. My only suggestion would be that they get smart tvs so you can stream something other than just Japanese programs.
