We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the balcony was a great place to relax. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, and Momoko was especially helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. The location is excellent—right in the middle of the two main shopping areas, making it easy to walk almost everywhere. A few things could be improved. The room entrances are accessed from the outside, similar to a motel, which wasn’t what we expected. We stayed in the three-bed room, and the beds were simply placed on raised platforms without being secured, so they tended to slide around. During our three-night stay, there was no housekeeping service—staff only replaced the towels and emptied the trash. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan, the amenities were fairly minimal.

객실 깨끗하고 체크인도 무인으로 쉽게 할수있고 강뷰도 좋았습니다 주차장도 근처에 많습니다 저렴하구요. 나카스나 텐진도 걸어서 갈 수 있어요
