Very clean and quiet room directly adjacent to Busan Station. Chinatown and its bustling markets are a short walk away. Bed was very comfortable and you can open windows to better experience the city when you wish. Very convenient to have Dunkin Donuts and convenience store downstairs. Staff was happy to hold on to my luggage until check-in so I could start exploring immediately. Would book again 100%.

AC did not work every well. Could not decrease temperature to below 74.5 degrees. had to open window to get temperature to 74.5 degrees.

Watch out for personal data leak on the premise. The minute you put your passport on their kiosk machine, the hotel keeps your passport detail, date of birth, ID, address on their server. I had to request to delete my passport scan but I am not sure if they did.
On top of passport, the front desk asked my phone number and email three times until I declined to give. The information they collect on you one night alone is enough to compromise your banking and credit card system.
The hotel was decorated as Chinese hotel and caters Chinese tour groups. I was harassed by Chinese man in the elevator. The whole experience was terrible!

Awesome location, steps away from subway, Busan station and restaurants. Hotel connects to Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts and a 24 hours convenience store. Friendly and helpful employees, Taxi station across the street Only thing I have is the rooms are too small. We had two rooms and both are relatively small.

This hotel was in a greát location for us as part of our journey through South Korea.
Great restaurant/bar on the 25th floor. Unfortunately the pool was not in use but just sitting by it with a drink in the evening was lovely. Staff very attentive, everything about the stay at this hotel went smoothly and efficiently from check-in to check out.

I was charged a lot more the last night I stayed than the previous 6 nights. It was a Thursday and paid more than the weekend before. I'm a bit puzzled by it.
