Returned for the 4th stay from 13–27 March 2026. However, my hope of witnessing the spectacular and mesmerising Melasti was dashed as it was held at another location instead of below the hotel’s balcony. Nevertheless, I look forward to Nyepi Day (Silence Day), which is a spiritual time to observe reflection and contemplation. Fabulous hotel & FO Ms Putu again prepared a 'Welcome Back' strawberry cheesecake for me, placed in the fridge - what a lovely gesture! At the restaurant, I received exceptional service from the staff, especially Ms Linda, who always remembers my favourite masala tea ❤️ Last but not least, great service recovery from Ms Anita which is heartwarming 🤩 The hospitable and engaging F&B Manager, Mr Wisnu, ensures every day that my meals are satisfying 👍

We was made to feel extremely welcome from the time we arrived to the day we left. The reception staff along with the bar staff went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. We have had an amazing 3 weeks

The staff make the stay at this hotel very nice indeed. This includes the reception staff, the pool staff and the cleaning staff. You greeted everywhere with a Balinese smile! Bologne

The Frontline staff is amazing the problem I have is management from the lowest level of management to upper management. Dirty carpet first and foremost, the room cleaner is not responsible for planning or coordinating carpet cleaning or removal. Your wifi should be available for all residents throughout the hotel even common areas,there were absolutely no signal on the 4th floor and occasionally on the ground floor. I really never had the privilege of seeming or staying in one of the Accor facilities and I have to be honest I am not impressed at all.

Bathroom was not so clean as mentioned in the photo. Overall was ok because daily buffet breakfast was good. In photos pool plunge room looks big but it is not that big practically.
